Pressure Tank Installation, Replacement, & Repairs

Do you need a Pressure Tank?

Does your well water suffer from low pressure by the time it reaches your home plumbing system?  Would you like to reduce the amount of wear and tear on your well pump?  You might be ready for a pressure tank.  These devices are integrated within your water supply system, and they are highly effective at providing a boost to your water pressure as well as numerous other benefits.

Benefits of a Pressure Tank:

  • Cost Effective
  • Appropriately Pressurized Water
  • Prolong the Life of your Well

Types of Pressure Tanks:

FLEX-LITE FL:

Unlike other composite tanks that hide tired old bag technology in a plastic shell, the Flex-Lite FL composite tank uses the latest evolution of the field-proven controlled action diaphragm design that Flexcon introduced in Well-Rite steel tanks in 1988.  The Flex-Lite FL series’ improved CAD-2 diaphragm design is stronger and won’t crease or wear out like bag designs.

It features a chlorine resistant 100% butyl diaphragm with a precision molded copolymer polypropylene lower water chamber for superior air and water separation.  This patented design allows each tank to have a properly sized water chamber, matched to the draw-down performance of that tank. When it comes to performance and durability, the CAD-2 system cannot be beat.

OUTDOOR SERIES TANKS:

The Outdoor Series tanks are designed with a patented controlled action, double diaphragm assembly that is completely contained in a pre-pressurized air cushion.  This unique design feature reduces condensation and regulates diaphragm action.  Challenger tanks have a threaded nut for easy installation of pump stand, a welded malleable elbow, and an adjustable air charge. Clean, airtight welds are achieved using the most modern welding equipment available.

Our diaphragms are constructed with an FDA approved high grade butyl. Challenger tanks true airflow design means fewer problems with condensation. Our diaphragms positive lock internal clench ring cannot slip and does not rely on the tank wall.  The tank contains a stainless steel port diffuser, and water connection which directs flow upward and outward while locking the lower diaphragm in place.
