WEEKEND RATES AND AFTER HOURS CHARGES DO APPLY FOR ALL WARRANTY WORK.
LABOR WILL BE CHARGED AFTER THE FIRST YEAR.


WARRANTY ON ALL OTHER SYSTEMS:
Crystal Clear Water warrants your product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years from original date of purchase. If you discover a defect in the product covered by this warranty, we will repair at our discretion using new or refurbished components, or if repair is not possible replace the item.

WARRANTY WHOLE HOUSE REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM
Whole house reverse osmosis systems do have a LIFETIME WARRANTY on all parts on newly installed items, Only as long as customer stays on monthly service. Lifetime warranty will be discontinued if you stop your monthly service or if any other company works on system.  Exclusions to include pressure switches, as well as the carbon/calcite. Carbon calcite has no warranty and needs to be rebed every 1 - 1.5 years. (if excessive water is suspected we will have to install a backwashing control valve on the carbon/calcite system at owners expense to monitor water usage.)

EXCLUSIONS:
This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using product as recommended. This warranty does not cover theft, nor does coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, excessive water usage, unauthorized modification or natural disasters. The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear. Does not cover any sulfur/algae bacteria build-up from well nor does it cover any sand damage/build-up from a collapsed or collapsing well.

WARRANTY ON SOFTENER RESIN:
All warranty on resin will be void if customer cancels monthly Maint agreement.
